Sulfur is known as a healing mineral, a deficiency often can lead to pain and inflammation associated with various muscles. It plays a role in a number of biological processes. Most people don’t realize that sulfur is present in insulin – which helps promote the utilization of sugar.
If you want to reduce inflammation or balance your blood sugar – consider the need for sulfur.
Sulfur compounds are found in a variety of foods, such as, onions and garlic – which appear to have anticancer properties. According to articles that appeared in “Nutrition Science News,” by naturopathic doctor Jill E. Stansbury – sulfur compounds inhibit tumor metabolism and enhance immune response while helping the liver to flush out carcinogens.

Bromelain, a sulfur-rich enzyme in pineapple, has anticancer properties (in animal studies) and is being explored for use as an anti-carcinogenic agent for humans.
The two sulfur-containing amino acids, cysteine and methionine, (mentioned earlier) help control the absorption of heavy metals, such as lead. According to dermatologist Doris J. Day author of “Forget the Facelift” says, cysteine is a key constituent of glutathione and glutathione is the primary water-soluble antioxidant operating within our cells – essential for detoxification.
An article published in “Planta Medica,” found that hydrogen sulfide, a by-product of dietary sulfur compounds, offers cardiovascular protective properties. These compounds naturally occur in onions, garlic, beans and fruit. The authors state that research has established a strong link between high levels of hydrogen sulfide and cardiovascular health.

With the introduction of the petro-chemical fertilizers, the soil has been robbed of its sulfur content. This versatile mineral makes a difference at every stage of life, and a deficiency can lead to many serious health conditions.
Sulfur is an endangered element; soft water depletes our supply of this element, and higher concentrations of chlorine and fluorine when added to our water supply block the uptake of both oxygen and sulfur. Sulfur is used to repair damaged cells and promote the growth of healthy new cells by allowing the cells to transport oxygen effectively.
The best (natural) sources of sulfur are from: grass-fed beef; pasture-raised eggs; raw cheese; organic beans, nuts, seeds, fruits and vegetables. Keep in mind, locally-grown (organic) fruits and vegetables – created in mineral rich soils – are always best to consume on a daily basis.

Today we have more cancer and viruses like never before in history, and the death rate keeps increasing year after year.

ANSWER: OXYGEN to the cells. Natural Sulfur is the element that carries the Oxygen to the Cells. By this Cancer cannot increase, Viruses have no home and the immune system becomes stronger. Oxygen comes from Water. The air we breathe only keeps the engine moving and does not bring Oxygen to the cells. Water and Sulfur is what regenerates the Cells.

Imagine a nutrient more important to health than magnesium, zinc, iron, copper, sodium, iodine and, for that matter, many vitamins.
